Great question. Due to the rising popularity of the Balance Point Nutrition Challenge, we’ve just finished wrapping up our previous challenge last week and are kicking off another challenge this coming Friday, March 27th at 6:30pm at Balance Point!
The last Balance Point Nutrition Challenge was a great success that the word is getting out that participants shredded an average of -15 lbs of unwanted fat along with an impressive decrease in -12″ inches and -7% body fat in just a short 7 weeks. With results like this people are absolutely jumping at the opportunity to both keep the lifelong habits they’ve developed from the last challenge going as well as get started for the first time on the challenge.
Already, since putting the finishing touches on the last challenge, improvements have been made for this upcoming challenge and I am looking forward to delivering those improvements to you in order to even better serve you in your weight loss, health and fitness needs.
Also, I feel it is important to mention that I am trying something new. In order to encourage participants to work toward a healthier lifestyle sooner rather than later and to keep participants coming back to the challenge so they can positively reinforce the habits they learned, I will never raise your rates so long as you participate in at least one Balance Point Nutrition Challenge per year (there are a minimum of 2 per year)!
