This Fit-Over-50 program is designed for participants over the age of 50 and will focus on regaining, as well as maintaining fitness, strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. All of these components are essential in our abilities to remain independent throughout our lives and continue to live a long, strong, vibrant life.
This program meets every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00am as well as every Tuesday and Thursday at 2:00pm.
