Try Your First Class Free!

Once a week, on Saturday mornings at 9:00am, Balance Point Fitness & Athletics offers a Free class. For non-members this is a one-time offer and is your chance to stop in for a test drive of our facility and atmosphere for FREE! Our “Free Intro Class” is open to everyone, members and non-members alike, and the workouts for this class are structured for those unfamiliar with the Balance Point Fitness & Athletics training method. The movements will be simple and the workouts straightforward and fun.

 

What you will need

Wear workout clothes and shoes. Also, bring a towel if you would like one and a water bottle.

We ask that you please show up at least 10 minutes early to class to sign in for the class and fill out a couple of forms.
