IMG_0912-2Group classes are offered Monday through Saturday. If you are interested in trying us out please join us for our FREE Saturday morning class every Saturday at 9am. There are no contracts or sign-up fees and members pay a monthly membership fee and may attend group class sessions that fit within their schedule.  Class Description

At Balance Point Fitness & Athletics we realize that there are countless people, with a wide range of fitness levels, in need of a safe, results-oriented fitness program – one which improves their health and quality of life without feeling like they have to push themselves to a “breaking point” or be a fitness or weightlifting competitor. If this sounds like you then we are your solution! Balance Point Fitness & Athletics’ group classes are functional fitness classes designed for every level. Each workout can be very easily and quickly scaled or modified to your own personal fitness level no matter whether your an avid fitness competitor, are just getting back into exercising after a long period of time off, or this is your first experience with an exercise program. Our coaches focus on form and movement mastery first and then add in elements of intensity, complexity and additional weight only when you are ready and confident in doing so. Always keep in mind that your Balance Point Fitness & Athletics Coaches are here to motivate, teach, guide and make suggestions.
