Our Programs Overview
Everyone’s path at Balance Point Fitness & Athletics will be slightly different depending on their current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one Private or Small Group Coaching as well as group classes and a variety of specialty programs.
At Balance Point Fitness & Athletics we value community, camaraderie, safety, hard work and delivering the absolute best fitness experience that you will ever receive. Our services are designed to strongly influence this balance and spirit that naturally develops in our Group Coaching and group classes.
All of our group class memberships entitle you to unlimited access to our group classes, including our Saturday morning class, which is FREE if it’s you’re first time visiting us.
Our most successful clients have utilized a combination of Private Coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals.
